Keisha Castle-Hughes "News"

Keisha Castle-Hughes posted this provocative snap on her social media channels this morning, but relax, the 25-year-old mother-of-one is not pregnant again. Keisha is currently in Atlanta, Georgia filming the drama Thank You For Your Service, starring Amy Schumer and Miles Teller.

Kiwi Beulah Koale has landed a leading role in the DreamWorks movie, playing an American-Samoan soldier suffering post-traumatic stress disorder. Thank You For Your Service, made by Spielberg's production company - which at one point had him eyeing it as a potential directing vehicle - follows a group of US soldiers who return from Iraq and struggle to integrate back into their civilian lives with their families because they're still haunted by the horrific memories of war. Koale auditioned for the lead role with the movie's director, Jason Hall, who wrote the script for the Oscar-nominated movie American Sniper. Castle-Hughes, plays Alea, the wife of Beulah's character. They are the only Kiwis on set. The high-profile actress, who also starred in six episodes of Game of Thrones, has a part in the upcoming Australian drama X Was Here, alongside Craig Hall. Castle-Hughes juggles motherhood and marriage long distance, with her husband Jonathan Morrison and daughter Felicity based in Auckland while she lives in Los Angeles for much of the year. She has shot the US sitcom Roadies, a 10-episode television series which will debut to American audiences on June 26. The show, co-starring Luke Wilson and Carla Gugino, is produced by Star Wars' J.J. Abrams and Cameron Crowe, who is responsible for Jerry Maguire. Keisha plays Donna Mancini, the band’s outspoken and passionate sound mixer, who leads her road family in the daily ritual, “The Song of the Day.” Castle-Hughes has also filmed her bit-part in The Video Store, a Kiwi TV mini-series starring Fleur Saville, Natalie Medlock, Nic Sampson and TV3's Perlina Lau.
