Keisha Castle-Hughes is reportedly set to star alongside Sam Worthington in Manifesto, a new crime-drama for Discovery Channel.
The Kiwi actress is said to be playing Tabby, a street agent who partners with a FBI agent played by Worthington (Avatar), Deadline reports.
Produced by Kevin Spacey, the show is based on an FBI linguistics expert who caught the terrorist Unabomber in 1996.
Manifesto is part of a new push from Discovery Channel into scripted programming, following its miniseries Harley and the Davidsons, which was based on how FBI agents chase down criminals.
Castle-Hughes was nominated for an Oscar in 2003 for her performance in Whale Rider.
The 26-year-old has as had roles in Game of Thrones, Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith, and The Walking Dead.
She will next be seen in Jason Hall's Thank You for Your Service, a war film in which Miles Teller, Amy Schumer and Haley Bennett also star.
