In Nazareth, Keisha Castle-Hughes plays a teenager Mary who is betrothed to the local carpenter, Joseph. Mary is visited by an angel and told that she will fulfill a prophecy and as a virgin give birth to God's son, the savior of the world. Mary's pregnancy brings her the scorn of the community and Joseph struggles to believe her seemingly outlandish story. Meanwhile, a census forces every man and his family to return to his place of birth. Joesph and Mary set out on a long and arduous journey to Bethlehem. This story is based on the Biblical account of the birth of Jesus Christ. This drama that focuses on the period in Mary and Joseph's life where they journeyed to Bethlehem for the birth of Jesus, is my favorite role of Keisha.

Keisha Castle-Hughes and daughter
Keisha Castle-Hughes took her daughter to meet cheetahs Delta and Charlie at Wellington Zoo on Saturday. “Basically the cheetahs sit on a log and visitors pat them and pick up their tails if they want,” a zoo spokeswoman said. “It’s a really good way to get up close to an endangered animal.”

About Keisha Castle-Hughes Piece Of My Heart
Piece Of My Heart is a drama about reconciliation. Reconciliation between the present and the past, between a mother and her child, between a husband and a wife. Flora Thornley has been in hiding for most of her life. In 1968 when she was 17, Flora had a daughter and gave her up for adoption. She has never told anyone, including her husband and two grown sons. But now, she has contacted her daughter for the first time and gets a brutal rejection letter in reply. Keisha Castle-Hughes plays Young Kat.
